NASE Assessment

There are three types of candidates for international certification through NASE WORLDWIDE Divers Certification Board (NASE).  For the checklist, click here.

The first assessment is for active commercial divers working in the offshore industry.  The Director will evaluate your curriculum vitae (CV) and review your log book, which must have logged and stamped dives to 50 meters (165 feet).  Provided you meet the standards for this three (3) day program and after successful completion,  you will qualify for the NASE Unrestricted Surface Supplied Diver Certification internationally recognized.

The second assessment is for graduates possessing a current  Restricted Surface Supplied Diver Certification from NASE. After a log book review, a custom schedule will be created to fill in the deep diving time and academics required for Unrestricted Surface Supplied Diver certification.

The third assessment is for new graduates from schools that are members of the Association of Commercial Diving Educators (ACDE). This program is custom tailored on a case by case basis to meet the needs of each individual. This includes all requisite academic and diving competencies required in the NASE Diving Standards.

CDAWI campus in St. Kitts has a fully equipped Diving Facility and Hyperbaric Training Facility with 15 Decompression Chambers (Multi-Place & Mono-Place), a shallow water training area, state-of-the-art LP and HP air management systems and fully equipped Deep Water Diving Ship (DSV PIPELINE SURVEYOR/US FLAGGED).

The deep water training will be done from our specialized ship DSV Pipeline Surveyor. The DSV Pipeline Surveyor is equipped with a Class II diving bell, a L.A.R.S. system, 1 hyperbaric chambers (DDC54"), multiple dive stations and state-of-the-art air management systems.
